• Arrival after 2.30pm,
• Departure by 10am.

Terms and conditions

1. Deposit: All bookings require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This includes a non-refundable $50 administration fee.
2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded as follows
   • More than 14 days notice - deposit refunded less the administration fee,
   • Less than 14 days notice - 20% of the deposit forfeited after deducting the administration fee,
   • Less than 48 hours notice - 50% of the deposit forfeited after deducting the administration fee,
   • No notice given - 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Minimum stay: 2 nights, except as described below
   • long weekends - 3 nights,
   • Easter - 4 nights.
4. Porta cot: Linen is not supplied.
